This is a hands-on, outdoor position that plays a key role in helping us deliver top-tier service to our clients. The ideal candidate is reliable, coachable, and able to work in various weather conditions.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with installation of landscaping and hardscaping projects (mulch, plants, sod, gravel, etc.)Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other basic landscaping equipmentPerform general site clean-up and assist in material handlingFollow instructions from the ForemanMaintain a clean, safe, and professional work environmentHelp load and unload tools and materials dailyRequirementsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periodsComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsStrong work ethic and punctualityAbility to take direction and work as part of a teamValid driver's license preferred but not requiredPrior landscaping or construction experience a plus, but not requiredPay & BenefitsStarting at $16-$19/hourOpportunities for raises based on performance and reliabilityBranded work shirts and gear providedREAL Growth potential within a growing company
