As a part of our Delivery team, you must be responsible, reliable, detail orientated and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have good people skills to deal with patients and peers amongst several departments. We also offer a comprehensive onboarding and training program to help ensure your success.\nJob descriptions and needs would entail but not limited to:\nPerform daily administrative tasks.\nTroubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service in-person and over the phone.\nData entry and scanning.\nProcuring and completing any necessary documentation required by Performance Home Medical and contracted insurance companies.\nPerform basic warehouse duties (i.e. receiving, stocking, and cleaning).\nOperate phone systems in a professional manner.\nGreet patients in a clinical setting and complete screening questionnaires.\nPerform daily deliveries including set up, service, and explanation of equipment.\nTroubleshooting patient issues with equipment and service.\nClean/maintain company vehicles, property, and equipment after daily usage.\nRotating afterhours and weekend on-call schedule.\nAbility to work at multiple sites.\nExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.\nPositive attitude and a willingness to assist the team as needed.\nHighly organized and detail - oriented.\nStrong customer service and interpersonal relationship skills, both in-person and over the phone.\nTechnologically proficient with strong computer skills.\nCompassionate and empathetic with a commitment to providing the highest level of patient/customer care.\nProblem solver with a demonstrated track record of high performance.\nResponsible and reliable.\nHave a valid driver's license with a clean driving record (current driving abstract must be presented).
