Construction Laborer

This position plays a key role in supporting our mission by assisting with day-to-day construction activities, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality building practices on our job sites. Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help bring building projects to life! In this vital role, you will assist skilled tradespeople by performing physical tasks that support the successful completion of construction projects. Your proactive attitude and willingness to learn will contribute to a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry while working on diverse projects that shape communities. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and setting up safety barriers Load, unload, and organize materials and tools needed for daily tasks Help with the installation of structural elements such as framing, drywall, or flooring under supervision Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and correctly Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Support team members in maintaining a clean and organized job site Perform routine inspections of tools and equipment to ensure proper functioning Requirements At least 1 year of experience in the residential field or equivalent Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Basic understanding of construction safety practices and procedures (training provided if needed) Reliable transportation to job sites; flexibility to work various shifts as required Must be committed to maintaining a safe work environment at all times Embark on a rewarding career path in construction where your contributions truly make a difference!
