This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line setting.\nDuties\nOperate and monitor machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or CNC Swiss\nPerform setup and adjustments on machines to ensure optimal performance and quality output.\nRead blueprints and technical drawings to understand specifications and production requirements.\nConduct quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.\nMaintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.\nAssist in the maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.\nQualifications\nProven experience in a manufacturing environment with factory experience preferred.\nProficiency in operating various machinery including CNC machines, press brake machines, and hand tools.\nKnowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles is advantageous.\nBasic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tasks.\nMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control standards.
