Job Description Role: Lead Full Stack Java DeveloperLocation: Philadelphia, PARate: $70/hour W2Schedule: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite)We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, build, and maintain a suite of internal security and IAM applications. This role requires a strong full stack engineer who can work across frontend, backend, and cloud environments while also contributing to architecture and mentoring junior developers.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications (Angular frontend, Java/Spring Boot backend)Support multiple security-focused applications and internal portalsBuild and integrate REST APIsContribute to cloud-based development and migration efforts (AWS)Work with MySQL and MongoDB databases (MySQL is primary)Ensure applications follow secure development best practicesCollaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and engineering teamsProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developersParticipate in architecture and design decisionsSupport production troubleshooting and ongoing enhancementsRequired SkillsStrong full stack experience:Angular (v20+)Java 17, Spring BootNode.jsExperience building and consuming REST APIsHands-on experience with AWS, including:LambdaDynamoDBCloudWatchDocker / containerization experienceStrong experience with MySQL (critical) and exposure to MongoDBAbility to work independently and make design and technical decisionsPreferredExposure to cybersecurity or secure application developmentPrevious technical leadership or mentorship experienceExperience with cloud migration projects#INDCEI#ZR
