You'll partner closely with sales, product, and engineering throughout implementation.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys building software, solving customer problems, and wearing multiple hats. Every project is different, and you'll have significant ownership from kickoff through launch.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLead technical implementations for new customers\n\nMeet directly with customers to understand business requirements\n\nBuild websites, web applications, AI workflows, internal tools, and automations\n\nConfigure integrations with third-party systems\n\nBuild responsive React-based front ends\n\nWork with databases and APIs\n\nTroubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through implementation\n\nCollaborate with engineering to improve the Path platform\n\nHelp create reusable templates, components, and implementation best practices\n\nTrain customers on new solutions after launch\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n2-5 years of software development or solutions engineering experience\n\nStrong React experience\n\nExperience with TypeScript\n\nExperience working with REST APIs\n\nComfortable working with SQL and PostgreSQL\n\nFamiliarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\n\nStrong customer communication skills\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously\n\nExcited about startups and AI\n\nNice to Have\n\nTanStack Router or TanStack Query\n\nAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)\n\nAuthentication systems\n\nModern frontend architecture\n\nExperience building customer-facing software\n\nStartup experience\n\nYou’ll regularly work with:\n\nReact\n\nTypeScript\n\nTanStack\n\nPostgreSQL\n\nGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)\n\nAI models and APIs\n\nGit\n\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWithin your first 90 days, you'll:\n\nSuccessfully launch your first customer projects\n\nLead implementation meetings independently\n\nBecome a trusted technical advisor for customers\n\nHelp improve our implementation process and platform\n\nContribute reusable components and best practices\n\nCompensation & Benefits\n\nSalary: $90,000\n\nStock option grant\n\nHealth benefits\n\nFlexible PTO\n\nHybrid office in Austin, Texas\n\nDirect access to founders and engineering leadership\n\nOpportunity to grow into senior engineering or technical leadership roles\n\nWhy Join Path?\nEvery customer implementation directly shapes the future of our platform.
