Must be able to lift 20-25lb and stand during the shift hours.\nKey Responsibilities:\nMaterial Handling:\nMove and handle materials, including bulk product, bottles, caps, and desiccants, in preparation for packaging operations.\nEnsure materials are available and organized for efficient production flow.\nLoading and Equipment Operation:\nLoad equipment with required materials (e.g., bulk product, bottles, caps) in accordance with production schedules and guidelines.\nAble to operate at least up to three (3) packaging machinery, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.\nPackaging and Case Making:\nCreate product cases and ensure that the packaging meets specifications.\nAccurately package products, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.\nDocumentation and Compliance:\nFollow and maintain good documentation practices (GDP) in all tasks.\nEnsure compliance with FDA cGMP requirements during all aspects of the job.\nEquipment Cleaning and Maintenance:\nRegularly clean and maintain packaging equipment and lines to ensure optimal functionality.\nAssist with the setup and breakdown of equipment at the start and end of each shift.\nHousekeeping and Work Area Maintenance:\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nFollow safety and housekeeping protocols to ensure a safe working environment.\nGowning and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):\nAdhere to proper gowning and PPE protocols to maintain product integrity and safety.\nSupport Operations:\nPerform other duties as assigned to support daily packaging operations and team goals.\nAssist in troubleshooting packaging line issues and support other team members when needed.\nQualifications:\nEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required.\nExperience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is preferred but not required.
