Master’s degree preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.\n\n12+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 7–10 years in senior leadership roles overseeing application development, network infrastructure, and IT operations in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences organizations.\n\nDemonstrated hands‑on expertise with Veeva Vault platform (configuration, administration, integration, and lifecycle management) in regulated pharmaceutical environments.\n\nProven experience deploying and managing NinjaOne, LogicMonitor, Tenable, Datto, and Huntress in enterprise production environments.
