Job TitleHospital Operations CoordinatorCompanyAgilitiLocationHoag Memorial - Irvine Campus, Irvine, CaliforniaPay Range$25.15 - $39.75Job PurposeThe Hospital Operations Coordinator is responsible for the leadership of all daily operations within the hospital in the absence of the Operations Manager – Hospital. In addition, they are responsible for delivering on the established metrics within the contracted agreement and for assisting in the team building of FTEs.ResponsibilitiesWork with HQC to ensure equipment functions at the highest standards and assist in the oversight of equipment flow, redirecting and allocating resources. Maintain inventory, equipment productivity, supplies and support structure to ensure an effective Asset Management Program.Investigate nursing staff concerns and opportunities for improvement in lieu of the Operations Manager – Hospital and implement appropriate actions in a clear, concise and professional manner.Possess a basic understanding of the existing contract between the company and the customer, including the ability to facilitate this document.Assist with the supervision of HST personnel, including training, performance reviews and corrective action plans. Establish and administer reporting requirements and direct career development.Assist with staffing schedule management based on equipment volume and foster cooperation among shifts to ensure a positive team approach. Deliver a dedicated and harmonious working environment where staff retention is a focus.Facilitate, educate and deliver the HST training manual for each employee.Provide ongoing supervision of all HST personnel in daily ASSET360 operations. Coach staff in problem solving, effective communication and conflict resolution.
