We are a mission-driven organization committed to delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while building compassionate and efficient workplaces.Irvine, CA (On-Site)Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMFull-Time | Non-Exempt$28 - $32 per hourAs we continue expanding, we are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator with strong experience as an ABA Recruiter, Healthcare Recruiter, or Behavioral Health Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and workforce growth.The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator will function as a Full-Cycle Recruiter supporting ABA and healthcare hiring needs across multiple locations. This role partners directly with Clinical Leadership, Operations teams, and HR to drive workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and hiring execution.This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter or ABA Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands high-volume behavioral health staffing.ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer coordinationRecruit for Healthcare positions such as Direct Support Professionals, Job Coaches, Day Program Supervisors, Behavior Respite Companions and related healthcare rolesConduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviewsMeet or exceed 90% of monthly hiring targetsMaintain accurate candidate tracking in ATS systems (Workable, Dayforce, ADP preferred)Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and staffing forecastsEvaluate and screen resumes, cover letters and reference checksConduct phone, Zoom, and/or in-person interviewsProvide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managersTalent Pipeline & Sourcing StrategySource candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, resume databases, and healthcare job boardsBuild proactive pipelines for ABA, behavioral health, and healthcare positionsDevelop partnerships with colleges, universities, and workforce programsAttend career fairs and community hiring eventsImprove sourcing strategies for high-volume recruiting environmentsRecruitment Analytics & OperationsTrack time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and hiring metricsPrepare hiring reports for leadership reviewAnalyze recruitment data to improve hiring efficiencyMaintain compliance with onboarding documentation and employment regulationsSupport employee referral programsSource candidates by using databases and social mediaHelp the hiring team with recruiting methods and interview questionsMaintain a complete record of interviews and new hiresStay up-to-date with current recruiting methodsAttend job fairs and careers eventsRequirements3-4+ years of experience as an ABA Recruiter, Healthcare Recruiter, Behavioral Health Recruiter, or Full-Cycle RecruiterProven success in high-volume recruiting environmentsExperience recruiting in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), healthcare, behavioral health, or human servicesStrong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience in mentoring or leading a teamExperience partnering with clinical and operational leadershipAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google SuiteExcellent communication and organizational skillsReliable transportation requiredAbility to prioritize and complete projects within deadlineSolid knowledge of HR policies and best practiceAbility to conduct different types of interviews (e.g. structured, competency based and behavioral)BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant fieldBenefitsRate: $28 - $32/hour; Non-ExemptCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans (Medical, dental, vision, 401k)Opportunities for career growth and professional developmentA collaborative and supportive work environment where your contributions are valuedMedical insuranceDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offHoliday payVision insurance
