We are seeking applicants with diverse skills and experience to provide best-in-class AV/IT support to our faculty, staff, and students. We are looking for an energetic, self-directed, and motivated individual to join our Technology Experience & Community group as a Senior LETS Specialist on our AV/IT field engineering team. This hands-on role involves installing, configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting systems while providing advanced support for a wide range of AV/IT technology and services. You will also advise management on emerging technologies, test and verify new solutions, and serve on multiple service or project teams in various roles such as Subject Matter Expert or Technical Lead.
