This role will oversee participant onboarding, training, coaching, and development while managing program governance, rotational experiences, and stakeholder engagement. Also serves as the program manager for the ESD Global Leadership Development Program, providing leaders and participants with guidance, support, and an exceptional development experience.\n\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nLead the design, development, implementation, launch, and ongoing administration of enterprise leadership and professional development programs.\n\nOversee participant onboarding, program orientation, curriculum deployment, coaching experiences, and development planning activities.\n\nManage program governance structures, performance metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nPartner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between development programs and business objectives.\n\nFacilitate talent review discussions and development planning for program participants.\n\nCoordinate and manage rotational experiences that accelerate leadership readiness and broaden organizational capability.\n\nServe as the primary point of contact for leaders, mentors, coaches, and participants, ensuring an exceptional development experience throughout the program lifecycle.\n\nMonitor participant progress and use talent analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and succession pipeline readiness.\n\nDevelop strategies that increase leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and internal talent mobility.\n\nChampion a culture of continuous learning, career growth, and leadership excellence across the organization.\n\nWhat You Will Have:\n\nKnowledge of Organization: Knowledge of the organization's vision, structure, culture, philosophy, operating principles, values, and code of ethics; ability to understand the value of aligning capabilities with business goals to support optimal performance.\n\nInfluencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization.\n\nManaging Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.\n\nData Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.\n\nTalent Management : Knowledge of how an organization attracts, recruits, retains, identifies and develops talent; ability to develop the talent required for an organization to achieve its short-term and long-term goals.\n\nTraining and Development: Knowledge of employee training and development methodologies; ability to ensure that a target population has the knowledge and skills required to meet both tactical and strategic objectives.\n\nPreferred Skills:\n\nProgram Management Experience\n\nFinance or Accounting Background\n\nAdditional Info:\n\nThe primary location for this position is Irving, Texas\n\nDomestic relocation assistance is available for those who qualify\n\nSponsorship is not available\n\nInternational and Domestic travel up to 25%\n\nSummary Pay Range:\n\n$128,470.00 - $192,710.00\n\nCompensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
