As a Process Quality Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the quality group & the teams in the production environment along with using troubleshooting techniques to solve PQ related issues.\nKEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES\nRequired to perform Print, Bindery, Packaging, & Mailroom audits and inspections as outlined in training materials.\nInspect problem runs and perform equipment quality tests, such as motion quality, signal strength, and MICR sampling.\nEvaluate and count spoilage.\nSupport production teams on quality questions.\nProduce and process samples for QCS.\nConduct research and root cause analysis.\nAttend daily Team Business Meetings (huddles) as the quality resource.\nResearch and identify late work.\nRun ready to sort reports.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\n\nKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES\nMust have good typing skills.\nExperience with Harland Clarke processes and procedures.\nWillingness to train with a desire to increase knowledge of quality duties.\nStrong technical and computer knowledge.\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to handle confidential information.\nEQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE UTILIZED\nComputer, keyboard, and mouse.\nExperience using MS Office.\nCOMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be able to effectively communicate with QCS, Account Managers, and Priority One Managers. Frequently interacts with employees on the work team by sharing information both out on the floor and in Team Business Meetings.\nDECISION MAKING\nAbility to make fact based decisions with shift Team Leader.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nInclude bending, walking, standing and kneeling 8-10 hours a day and lifting up to 20 lbs on occasion.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nPay Rate: $17.50 - $23:00 DOE plus $1.75 shift differential\nHours: 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday 11:00pm - 7:30am)\nApplications will be accepted until the posted deadline Wednesday September 9th, 2026 or until a sufficient candidate pool has been identified.\nThe ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.\nVericast offers a generous total rewards benefits package that includes medical, dental and vision coverage, 401K and generous PTO allowance.
