Able to accurately enter data into a database, search for information, send and receive email and attachments.\nTeamwork including balancing team and individual responsibilities, exhibiting objectivity and openness to others' views, giving and welcoming feedback, contributing to building a positive team spirit, and supporting everyone's efforts to succeed.\nStrong customer service skills in reference to both internal and external customers.\nAbility to relate to the public regardless of ethnic, religious, and economic status.\nExcellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work\nAttention to detail and problem solving skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.\nStrong organizational and planning skills\nInterpersonal skills to include maintaining confidentiality, listening without interrupting, keeping emotions under control and remaining open to others' ideas/tries new things.\nProfessionalism including approaching others in a tactful manner, reacting well under pressure, treating others with respect and consideration, accepting responsibility for own actions, and following through on commitments.\nShows initiative, volunteers readily, asks for and offers help when needed.\nWorks with integrity and ethically.\nEducation/Qualifications:\nChild Development Associates degree or preparatory work towards that degree or college coursework, associates, or baccalaureate degree in early childhood education, special education, or closely related field.\nAt least two years’ experience working with children with special health care needs.\n\nIf you’re someone that is passionate about making a difference and would like the opportunity to do just that every day, a career at Easterseals Redwood may be for you.
