Fueled by a series of strategic acquisitions since its formation in 2018, Meridian has established itself as an adhesive technology leader for a broad, global, blue-chip customer base comprised of OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients with an expanding global footprint.\nJob Summary\nPerform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of filling equipment used to fill bulk/BiPak orders.\nDuties & Responsibilities\nFollow operating procedures, including: ISO procedure, safety rules, PPE requirements, and SDS’s\nFill orders based on the information on the fill ticket.\nFill out requisitions for raw materials and non-inventory items.\nInventory cycle count\nWeigh materials and heat materials\nEquipment used: computers, scales, mixers (Hobart, Ross Mixer, Speed Miser, Air Mixer), paint shaker, large 30-gallon roller, ovens\nOperates BiPak/QuickPouch equipment as well as printing labels needed to complete orders. Using Eppendorf, Gilson, and Semmatic/Nordon dispensing equipment.\nQuality in-process inspection of materials.\nPerform all required maintenance, inspection, and troubleshoot machinery (scales, mixers, etc)\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nSkills & Abilities\nBe articulate and able to work collaboratively, both internally and externally, as a team player.\nAccept direction and supervision, while possessing the initiative to make independent decisions.\nPossess the highest levels of personal and professional integrity.\nWork meticulously, neatly, precisely and with a high level of accuracy.\nEducation & Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nKnowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus\nPhysical Requirements\nProlonged periods of sitting and standing.\nMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.\nInformation & Compensation & Benefits\nSchedule: 1st Shift 7:30am-4pm M-F\nPay: This position has a salary range of $20.50 per hour. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location\nBonus Pay: Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2025.
