As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing, and potentially assist with maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on both commercial and residential units . Your primary focus will be service and installations in commercial settings Required Qualifications:5-years or more experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems, equipment, and componentsValid Driver's License with a clean driving record the past 5-years. Must be approved to drive a company vehicle.Commercial HVAC installation experience (required)EPA CardTroubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC problems, and solving those problems - as neededExperience with HVAC codes, standards, and best practicesExperience in a customer/client facing role The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:Previous experience leading an HVAC installation crewHydronic and Radiant ExperienceExperience with zoning and voltage control circuitsCompletion of a training program in HVAC technologyValid HVAC Technician License or CertificationJade Control experience Schedule: The schedule for this role is primarily Monday - Friday, day-time hours. Later hours and weekends may be required depending on our workload and the needs/schedules of our customers/clients. All employees must pass a driving record check (MVR), lift test and drug screen prior to start date Adams offers a pay range for this role between $38.00 and $45.00 per hour, as well as a full benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the Employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The Employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands.
