This role ensures high-quality data governance, promotes a culture of data-informed decision-making, and oversees data architecture, data analytics, and reporting capabilities. The Director plays a key role in shaping enterprise data architecture, governance, and ensuring the availability and usability of data for key stakeholders, and serves as a bridge ensuring alignment between data systems and ministry goals.\nEducational or Certification Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related discipline preferred.\nExperience Requirements:\n· 8+ years in analytics, business intelligence, or data management, with 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a nonprofit, higher education, or related mission-driven organization.\n· Demonstrated leadership of data governance, analytics or reporting teams (in a nonprofit preferred)\n· Experience managing data teams and working in cross-functional environments.\n· Experience managing data platforms, enterprise reporting, and data integration projects\n· Familiarity with fundraising, advancement, or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce NPSP, Microsoft Dynamics, Raiser’s Edge) preferred\nKnowledge, Skills, & Character Required:\n· Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ;
