Join our team and help us continue to make Cirrus Logic an exceptional place to grow your career!\r\nResponsibilities\r\nProvide clear, concise communication to management, product development teams and customers\r\nLead the team through the identification and negotiation of product scope and schedule\r\nDevelop and own highly integrated execution plans with 10+ software, hardware engineering disciplines\r\nIdentify, track and mitigate execution roadblocks and technical risks\r\nLead and drive internal, cross-functional teams to meet program milestones and deliverables\r\nDrive continuous improvement to an established product development process\r\nManage the entire program scope of work\r\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\r\nBachelor's or Master's Degree in Software, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering\r\nMust have 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager within the Semiconductor industry\r\nProficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project & Excel, Atlassian JIRA & Confluence\r\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\r\nAbility to be a catalyst that makes any team better\r\nPossess a strong sense of ownership - Anything you work on you treat like your name will be on it\r\nProactive problem solver\r\nBelieve everything can always be improved\r\nAbility to negotiate critical situations to a positive outcome\r\nAble to communicate with anyone\r\nAble to break complex problems down in a way people can understand and execute on\r\nProven track record of making commitments and meeting them\r\nLike building teams, identifying their strengths and weaknesses, and helping them improve to meet their full potential\r\nOutgoing, highly organized, persistent and tenacious, with the ability to influence without authority\r\nExport control restrictions based upon applicable laws and regulations would prohibit candidates who are nationals of certain embargoed countries from working in this position without Cirrus Logic first obtaining an export license. Candidates for this role must be able to access technical data without a requirement for an export license.
