Responsible for operating machinery such as: Steinemann, Panfaux, Automaton, Sheer, Collator, Tape Layer, Sakurai, and Laminators (Burkle).\nJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nFollow all machine and process procedures on an automation line, and understand the technology\nResponsible for maintaining production metrics while maintaining the required Quality standards\nManaging the machine operations team, choosing and loading the correct cutting tools for the job.\nAdjusting machine settings to the desired product specifications. Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.\nCompleting quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product.\nCommunicate written and verbal skills are a necessity to program the machine based on the model or blueprint.\nFollow all OSHA safety protocols. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.\nOther duties and responsibilities as required.\nQUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS\nBasic math skills\nMaintain regular and punctual attendance and comply with all safety, company policies, and procedures\nStrong attention to detail.
