This role is integral to enhancing the technical skills and knowledge of the Databricks community, which includes internal teams, partners, and customers. The Staff Technical Trainer will primarily manage the delivery of technical training programs that align with our objectives and strategies. As a Staff Technical Trainer you will create engaging and effective learning experiences catering to various learning styles and levels of technical expertise.\nThis role involves facilitating both virtual and in-person training sessions and potentially traveling to different locations to conduct training. The trainer will also play a pivotal role in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, providing feedback for improvement, and staying updated with the latest Databricks products and industry trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant.
