schedules for finished goods and component items based on equipment, labor, and raw materials availability\r\nIntegrates automated equipment real time data management with ERP system (MES)\r\nProvides daily production schedules to manufacturing for finished goods and build-to-stock subassemblies\r\nCoordinates production scheduling of lower-level items and machined parts\r\nDrives component material demand for purchasing and monitors availability/lead times, current production schedules, and capacities\r\nResolves conflicts to support target ship dates\r\nBalances production and inventory levels with demand to support targets consistent with customer service levels, inventory turn goals, and capacity utilization/staffing requirements\r\nInteracts frequently with Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain Departments to achieve objectives\r\nDevelops and implements planning KPIs to report performance\r\nIdentifies and resolves problems with material, manpower, and capacity availability\r\nAdvises management on the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that manpower, equipment, and material are ready to meet production requirements\r\nVisualizes key production processes to assure the efficient flow of material\r\nConfers with supervisors, the Engineering Department, and the Purchasing Team on shop orders to assess progress and discuss needed changes\r\nDevelops and maintains capacity planning tools for effective shop performance\r\nImplements and manages the internal kitting process\r\nEstablishes and follows protocols for inventory controls, ordering process, cycle counts, and develops a visual inventory management system\r\nExecutes the Operations Department's plan and schedule for the factory and manufacturing\r\nEnsures customers' required dates are met by ensuring operational and material availability\r\nWorks with Production Control to ensure the operation schedule is met daily and materials are available\r\nCommunicates capacity availability and ensures work orders are loaded accordingly\r\nLearns and understands the ERP environment to be able to provide functional expertise and knowledge of the existing business practices\r\nProvides end user training and assists with day-to-day issues, problems, and questions\r\nCollaborates with end users, Production Control, and management for system and upgrades\r\nWorks collaboratively with employees to troubleshoot and resolve issues\r\nProposes tangible solutions to avoid repeatable errors\r\nProvides guidance for system changes and enhancements\r\nIdentifies continuous improvement opportunities for assigned systems and processes\r\nCreates and deletes user accounts, updates account permissions, user profiles, page layouts, and security information\r\nCreates and maintains ERP business documents, dashboards, and KPI dashboards\r\nAssists in data migration efforts during initial implementation and ongoing activities post go-live\r\nCompletes special projects and provides project support as requested by Executive Team\r\nCompiles inventory reports\r\nCreates and maintains ERP business documents\r\nRemains dedicated to meeting the expectations and needs of internal and external customers\r\nActs with customers in mind by establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and gaining trust and respect\r\nConsistently goes above and beyond to anticipate customer needs and responds accordingly\r\nIdentifies and analyzes problems, formulating alternative EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS\r\nMinimum Requirements\r\nMinimum 2 experience in manufacturing\r\nMust be familiar with Netsuite\r\nBachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, similar preferred\r\nExperience in ERP\r\nExperience in MES and manufacturing automation integration\r\nNeeds to have a working knowledge of planning strategies, manufacturing models, and how planning affects
