You will be responsible for overseeing the financial and operational aspects of the business, including accounting, payroll, and HR functions. You’ll also be working directly with the founders on strategic business decisions and leading a team of creative professionals.Nights, weekends, and unpredictable hours will be part of the job—startup life isn’t 9-to-5, and this won’t change for at least a couple of years. We need someone who brings energy, passion, and adaptability, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in an agency or media company is a huge plus, especially if you understand the nuances and lingo of the advertising industry.We’re seeking someone with the maturity and leadership skills to guide a team while managing the day-to-day chaos that comes with rapid growth.
