The Commission Sales Associate will meet with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs, present suitable Globe Life American Income Division products, and guide customers through the application and enrollment process. Responsibilities include prospecting and following up on leads, conducting consultations via Zoom, explaining policy benefits and options, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves participating in ongoing training, working closely with mentors and team leaders, and adhering to compliance and company standards. Commission Sales Associates are expected to build long-term client relationships, provide ongoing policy service, and contribute to a supportive, goal-oriented team environment.Qualifications Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building abilities, with a commitment to consultative, needs-based selling.Effective communication, presentation, and active listening skills, including the ability to explain complex information clearly.Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style with strong time management and organizational skills.Openness to coaching, mentorship, and continuous learning in a structured training environment.High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect when interacting with clients and colleagues.Ability to work on-site in Scranton, IA and travel locally for client appointments as needed.Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is beneficial but not required; leadership potential is a plus.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant licenses are an asset (support may be provided for licensing where applicable).Willingness to obtain State Life Insurance License
