The position requires hands-on experience with construction tools and techniques, along with a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.\nResponsibilities\nPerform construction estimating to assist in project planning and resource allocation\nExecute trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and metal stud framing tasks with precision\nUtilize hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment for fabrication, assembly, and installation projects\nInstall fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, stucco, and roofing components\nConduct concrete forming, masonry work, tile laying, flooring installation, and drywall finishing\nRead and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings for accurate project execution\nEngage in water damage restoration, mold remediation, plastering, caulking, and plastering tasks\nHandle heavy lifting safely while maintaining adherence to safety protocols on-site\nAssist with plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC-related tasks when necessary is a plus.\nSupport remodeling projects including cabinetry installation and door hanging\nPerform metal stud framing and construction painting as required\nContribute to the fabrication of building components and structural elements on-site or in the shop\nMaintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all phases of construction or restoration projects\nRequirements\nProven experience in construction estimating, carpentry (including trim and framing), roofing, masonry, or related fields\nProficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and CNC machinery is highly desirable\nAbility to perform drywall finishing, stucco application, siding installation, tile laying, flooring installation, trim doors and windows, and light framing\nExperience in water damage restoration or mold remediation industry is a plus\nSkilled in fixture installation such as doors or cabinets; maintenance person experience\nCapable of working independently or collaboratively within a team environment on diverse projects\nPhysical ability to perform demanding tasks including heavy lifting; comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces if required\nValid driver’s license preferred for site travel; reliable transportation is necessary\nPrior experience reading schematics or technical drawings is beneficial\nThis position provides an engaging opportunity for individuals passionate about construction craftsmanship across multiple disciplines.
