ResponsibilitiesJoin the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 7am start timeBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTOHourly Pay Rate: $35.00If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, work orders, and third-party services while managing the plant's CMMS and auditing maintenance effectiveness, as the Maintenance PlannerUtilize CMMS to effectively plan, schedule, and manage work orders from inception to completion, ensuring documentation and tracking of all maintenance activitiesCoordinate with third-party service providers to handle service requests, establish purchase orders, and ensure timely closure of projectsAssist in budget preparation for production maintenance, managing expenses to stay within financial requirementsMonitor and track maintenance metrics and performance through detailed reports, spreadsheets, and visual presentationsEnsure compliance with environmental regulations and current GMP standards while maintaining production areasCommunicate preventive maintenance requirements and updates with plant management, facilitating a clear understanding of ongoing maintenance challengesOther duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Education and Experience:* High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experiencePreferred Education and Experience:* Electrical Certification or Vocational CertificationEssential Information for Our EmployeesAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
