Daily tasks include submittal/RFI workflow management, change order management, design coordination, project closeout management, payment application reviews, participation in commissioning, and coordination of construction activities with the full-time Operations staff. Regular collaboration and coordination are required with internal resources and design-build contractors.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nBachelor of Science in Construction Management, or similar field, or equivalent experience\n\n2-3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in assisting or supervising construction projects of increasing complexity required\n\nExperience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a strong preference\n\nContract preparation experience is preferred\n\nProficiency in Procore is strongly preferred\n\nDuties and Responsibilities\n\nAssist in the management of the Contract and PO processing for vendors engaged on various projects.\n\nEnsure project compliance with Owner/Developer document controls and file specifications\n\nAdminister project commissioning, closeout specifications and associated turnover documentation\n\nAssist with commissioning documentation\n\nAssist with customer handover documentation\n\nAssist with company operations handover documentation\n\nAssist with checklist requirements when completing insurance documents\n\nTwo (2) HRA site walks are required per week to provide accurate safety metrics to EH&S department\n\nTranslate job requirements to execution with minimal supervision\n\nAssist construction manager in preparing monthly financial updates and forecasts.\n\nInput PO requests in the financial system and oversee the distribution process to all Vantage vendors\n\nAssist with producing other documents as needed\n\nAssist with internal and external project closeout requirements\n\nAssist with scheduling meetings\n\nAssist with scheduling travel\n\nMaintain supplies (office and breakroom)\n\nAssist with scheduling maintenance activities of client offices and trailers\n\nAdditional duties as assigned from time to time by Management\n\nBenefits Offered\n\nMedical insurance\n\nVision Insurance\n\n401(k) retirement plan with 4% KALCON match when an employee contributes at least 5%\n\n15 days of paid time off\n\n8 paid National Holidays\n\nReimbursement for professional licenses and certifications\n\nSubmission Requirements\nAt a minimum, the candidate’s professional resume must include the following:\n\nList of all Educational Achievements\n\nList of all Professional Licenses or Certificates\n\nList of Awards Received\n\nDetailed Employment History with each company or government agency including:\n\nName & Contact Information of the firm or agency\n\nStart Date and End Date (Month & Year)\n\nPositions Held\n\nAt KALCON we are committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace where every individual is respected and valued.
