This position primarily involves working outdoors.\nResponsibilities\nVerify the incoming load for accuracy against the bill of material.\nInventory incoming materials using barcode scanner/stickers.\nStore and organize material.\nStage material in advance for upcoming jobs.\nIdentify and resolve issues related to missing or damaged materials.\nDeliver material to machine operators using an overhead crane.\nMaintain a clean, well-organized, and safe yard.\nFollow and adhere to all outlined job processes.\nAdhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, pre-use inspections, and general maintenance of equipment.\nCommunicate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient operations.\nWork efficiently in all forms of weather.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned.\nExperience\nHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED).\nTwo to five years’ experience in a similar industry.\nMust have two years of experience operating a forklift, rough terrain forklift, and overhead crane.\nOne year inventory management and be familiar with inventory tracking systems.\nRequired Skills\nStrong organizational skills.\nAttention to detail, work must be performed accurately and thoroughly.\nPlan and organize work to meet deadlines.\nAbility to safely operate an overhead crane, heavy terrain forklift, combilift, and forklift.\nRead a tape measure.\nBasic computer and math skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nPrompt and dependable attendance.\nAbility to read and interpret various documents and blueprints.\nEffective communication with team members and supervisors.\nBe able to work independently and as part of a team.\nMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs.\nWillingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $23.50 - $25.50 per hour\nBenefits:\nDental insurance\nEmployee assistance program\nHealth insurance\nHealth savings account\nLife insurance\nPaid time off\nRetirement plan\nVision insurance\nApplication Question(s):\nAre you currently employed?\nOur hours are 6:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
