You will be the central point of communication, ensuring that timelines are met, clients are informed, and nothing falls through the cracks. You will manage multiple projects across pre-production, production, and post production simultaneously while keeping everything aligned and moving forward.Some responsibilities include:Continuously improving workflows and implementing better systemsIdentifying risks early and solving problems before they escalateHolding internal team members and freelancers accountable to deadlinesSending follow-ups, recap notes, and clear next steps after every interactionTracking deliverables, approvals, and feedback loopsBuilding and managing timelines within our PM systemLeading kickoff calls, internal syncs, and status meetingsActing as the primary point of contact for all client communicationOwning 5–10 active projects at any given time across all stages of productionAssisting with smaller crew production logistics including scheduling, crew coordination, and organization
