Procedural Technician 1 (Mental Health & Neuromodulation Services) Job Description Position Overview Alleviant Integrated Mental Health of Bryant is seeking compassionate, hands-on, motivated healthcare professionals to join our team as Procedural Technicians. This role is ideal for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or similar patient-care professionals who enjoy direct patient interaction and want to be part of a growing company, that is innovating mental health care. As a Procedural Technician, you will facilitate the delivery of safe, competent, and high-quality patient care procedures. Essential Job FunctionsProvide basic daily patient careMonitor patients while they self-administer medicationsDocument appointment outcomesMonitor and document vital signsAssist with patient comfort and supportHelp coach and support staff as neededSet up and prepare procedure roomsPerform follow-up calls with patientsInventory and stock clinical suppliesPerform TMS treatments after trainingPerform spectral EEGs after training Physical DemandsOccasionally lift and/or move up to 40 poundsSpecific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focusAbility to work in stressful situations requiring high concentration and energy levels QualificationsUp-to-date CPR certificationDirect patient care experience (CNA is a plus!)Motivated to learn clinic policies, procedures, and EMR systemsExceptional professionalism and customer service skillsCompassionate, friendly, and patient-centered demeanorMust be reliable, punctual, and have well-managed personal logistics (reliable transportation, childcare, etc.) Licenses / CertificationsBLS certification (required) Job Context The primary location of work will be Alleviant Integrated Mental Health in Bryant, Arkansas. This role does include a travel requirement to nearby Central Arkansas clinics as needed to support operational and patient care needs. Travel will be compensated, and the candidate must be willing and able to travel when required. Individual shift schedules are TBD. Responsibilities are primarily focused on providing outstanding, high-quality care and service to clients.
