Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring food safety and quality, and maintaining high standards of service while driving profitability and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
- Train, mentor, and manage staff, including Assistant Managers and cooks, to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement food management practices to maintain quality control in food production and service.
- Monitor budgeting and cash handling processes to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and food safety standards.
- Oversee catering services when applicable, ensuring customer satisfaction with all events.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create seasonal menus that reflect current trends in the culinary world.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food management practices, including food production processes and safety regulations.
- Experience with budgeting, cash handling, and financial reporting is essential.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Familiarity with catering services is a plus but not required.
- A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
