As a Senior MES Developer, for manufacturing in our discrete and continuous manufacturing plant, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust solutions that align with business objectives. You will collaborate with IT and OT stakeholders to understand requirements, evaluate technologies, and provide technical guidance for successful solution delivery.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field\nDevelopment and/or MES Certifications preferred\n5+ years of Full-Stack Development in a discrete and continuous manufacturing environment\n5+ years experience in MES system implementations and strong data modeling within SQL Microsoft and/or Oracle\nConceptual knowledge of the .NET Framework, ASP.NET, VB.Net, C#.Net\nStrong knowledge of IT architecture principles, practices, methodologies, and frameworks\nExperience with IT, OT, MES and IIOT systems, applications, and technologies in a manufacturing environment\nIgnition SCADA software experience preferred\n\nDescription and Responsibilities\nLead design and architecture of IT solutions to support IT-OT initiatives in manufacturing processes.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and effective technical solutions.\nEvaluate and recommend technologies and platforms that align with OT and IT strategy.\nDevelop and collaborate on comprehensive architecture plans, considering system integration, scalability, performance, support, and security.\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution implementation lifecycle.\nEnsure that solutions comply with security policies, industry and LE standards and best practices.\nCollaborate and contribute to IT team processes to escalate and remediate incidents and outages and resolve complex technical issues.\nDelivery of solutions to support strategic vision\n\nApriso MES Responsibilities\nRequirements analysis workshops, solution design, Fit Gap Analysis for Apriso implementation\nProvide functional and technical solutions based on requirements\nExperience in different modules of Apriso (Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, Time & Labor, Process Builder, Global Process Manager)\nCustomize the solution using Apriso out of the box user controls, business components etc.\nImplement business logic using Apriso Process Builder\nNavigate Apriso portal for master data configurations\nApriso FlexNet data/object model\nIdentify and resolve performance issues in Apriso and in the database\nUtilize Crystal Reports/ Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Dashboard builder, MPI for reports and dashboard implementation\nUtilize Business Integrator or middleware for integration with SAP and other enterprise applications\nConfigure and troubleshoot issues using Machine Integrator\nUpgrade Apriso versions and modules\nUtilize Apriso GPM tool for deployment\nDesign and development, using global template and manage COE master server\nDELMIA Ortems for Advanced Planning and Scheduling will be added advantage\nImplementation of Apriso, using best practices and performance optimizations\n\nEligibility: All applications current authorized to live and work in the United States on a Permanent basis are welcome to apply.
