This role offers the opportunity to lead structural design and manage projects for large local clients, supporting the firm's continued growth in the region.\n\nIn this position, you will work on various building structures, including steel, concrete, timber, fiber reinforced polymer (FRP), and masonry. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, maintaining client relationships, ensuring code compliance, and providing construction administration support. The ideal candidates will have a PE license or be actively pursuing licensure.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPreparestructuraldrawings, specifications, and calculations\n\nManage project timelines, budgets, and client communications\n\nConductstructuralassessments and ensure compliance with IBC codes\n\nOversee construction processes and provide site inspections\n\nPerform local travel to Dayton-based projects, with occasional trips to the Indiana office\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree instructural, civil, or architecturalengineering (Master’s is a plus)\n\n4 to 6 years of experience instructuraldesign and project management\n\nProficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD\n\nStrong knowledge of IBC codes and construction methods\n\nPE license or working toward licensure\n\nExcellent communication and project management skills.\n\nCompensation: $75K to $100K\n\nTalentSource is an Equal Opportunity Recruiting Firm.
