We work closely with them to find and create the perfect environment, and to provide the services that enable their employees to thrive.\nWe build, we create value and we're always looking towards what's next.\nJob Summary The Events & Programming Coordinator is responsible for supporting new and ongoing initiatives to activate retail assets in HPP's portfolio, including the San Francisco Ferry Building. This position reports to the Director of Programming and Events.\nWhat You'll Do Events & Programming Support\nSupport the creation and execution of retail marketing and public events and programming at Hudson's public-facing assets such as the San Francisco Ferry Building.\nCollaborate on the design of seasonal initiatives, giveaways, events, and promotions.\nMaintain up to date calendar for public events, merchant events, and tenant events.\nTrack expenses for events and programming initiatives.\nAssist with permitting and scheduling with city agencies such as SFDPH, SFFD, ABC, BCDC, Port, etc.\nDraft event descriptions and collect marketing assets such as graphics, photos, and website/social links.\nCreate public event ticket pages and monitor sales.\nRespond to event queries from the public in a timely and professional manner.\nCreate event timelines and layout diagrams.\nProvide administrative support for events contracts.\nCollect, process, and track vendor invoices and COIs.\nResearch, order, and track supply inventory.\nOnsite Operations\nAct as the main onsite contact for public events.\nWork with property teams, security, engineering, and custodial teams from planning to execution.\nFacilitate event set-up, merchant communication, and vendor management on event days.\nAct as a thought partner for events, retail, and marketing.\nProvide onsite photography for events and special offerings.\nTrack digital social trends for events and retail.\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You'll Need Minimum of two years related work experience.\n4-year degree from accredited college or university preferred.\nFlexible scheduling availability - able to work nights and weekends as the position requires.\nStrong creative instincts and ability to collaborate.\nExpert time management and organizational skills.\nAbility to communicate with partners, vendors, and retail merchants in a friendly and positive manner.\nAbility to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.\nStrong skills in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.\nHudson Pacific Properties is proud to be an Equal Opportunity employer.
