This role coordinates customer communication, purchasing, and scheduling activities to ensure timely, accurate execution while supporting a streamlined, high-accountability operating model.\r\nRole and Responsibilities\r\nFollow and enable a culture where Arizona Appliance and Home Core Values come to life.\r\nServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and order-related questions.\r\nManage customer orders from intake through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.\r\nPlace and track purchase orders with vendors and suppliers.\r\nCoordinate delivery and installation schedules with internal teams and external partners.\r\nProactively communicate order status, delays, and changes to customers and internal stakeholders.\r\nResolve customer issues and escalations end-to-end, ensuring resolution and follow-up.\r\nMaintain accurate system records, documentation, and order data.\r\nManage multiple active orders and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\r\nCollaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Install, and Vendor partners to support smooth execution.\r\nCoordinate all service and warranty work for customer.\r\nQualifications and Education Requirements\r\nHigh School diploma or GED required.\r\nExperience in customer service, order coordination, purchasing, scheduling, or related operations roles.\r\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\r\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy.\r\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\r\nExperience working with order management, ERP, or CRM systems.\r\nProficient in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred.\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nExperience supporting construction, flooring, or interiors-related operations.\r\nVendor coordination or logistics experience.\r\nExperience operating in a lean or consolidated role environment.\r\nAdditional Notes\r\nOffice-based role with occasional interaction with warehouse, installers, or vendors. May require occasional lifting or handling of samples or documentation.
