You will help develop and maintain sign-up, purchase, and subscription management flows that support high traffic, high availability, and strong accessibility standards. You will serve as a senior technical contributor and trusted partner to product and design, solving sophisticated technical challenges and identifying opportunities to improve systems, products, and services.\r\nRole & Responsibilities\r\nCollaborate closely with product and project management to translate requirements into technical designs, specifications, and timelines\r\nPartner with other engineering teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions\r\nLead by example in writing clean, well-documented, and testable code using modern best practices\r\nEnforce and improve code quality through test-driven development and thoughtful code reviews\r\nAssess requirements critically, ask thoughtful questions, and push back when necessary to ensure technical feasibility and long-term maintainability\r\nProactively identify technical risks, architectural concerns, and performance issues\r\nHelp prioritize work, balance feature delivery with technical debt, and recommend improvements to systems and tooling\r\nEfficiently support software throughout its lifecycle, including new implementations, enhancements, and technical maintenance\r\nApply strong judgment in selecting methods and techniques to design and implement solutions to complex problems, including architectural changes\r\nMentor and support other developers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance\r\nCommunicate progress, risks, and estimates clearly to technical leads and product owners\r\nRequired Experience\r\nStrong experience with React and component-driven frontend development\r\nProven ability to build scalable, performant user interfaces\r\nExperience integrating with APIs and collaborating with service teams\r\nWrites clear, maintainable, and well-documented code\r\nFamiliarity with modern frontend tooling and build systems\r\nAbility to independently drive tasks from design through delivery\r\nStrong communication and collaboration skills\r\nPreferred Experience\r\nExperience providing technical leadership, mentoring, or informal team guidance (lead experience preferred but not required)\r\nShipped production React and Node.js applications deployed to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS)\r\nSolid understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)\r\nExperience with test-driven development\r\nFamiliarity with performance optimization techniques\r\nExperience working on consumer-facing digital products or subscription-based platforms\r\nComfort working in fast-paced, product-focused teams\r\nBachelor's Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent professional experience\r\nClearance Requirements\r\nSome positions will require access to U.S. National Security information.
