Role Description The Student Management Specialist will coordinate and support various student management and administrative processes to ensure a positive learning environment. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, analyzing data to identify trends, providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, and staff, and assisting with the development of business strategies to improve student outcomes. This is a full-time role located on-site in Champlin, MN. Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and analyze data related to student performance and outcomes.Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear and professional presentations to stakeholders.Proficiency in business administration and reporting to support strategic and operational goals.Exceptional customer service skills to engage with students, parents, and staff in a professional and considerate manner.Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage records and ensure accuracy.Proficiency in using office software and database management tools.Experience in an educational setting is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
