The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee all aspects of the revenue cycle, ensuring seamless financial operations. Key responsibilities include managing billing and collections processes, addressing claims denials, improving practice management systems, and ensuring compliance with medical coding standards. The role involves collaborating with managed care providers to optimize financial performance. Qualifications Expertise in Revenue Cycle Management and Practice ManagementProficiency in handling claim denials and implementing resolution strategiesKnowledge of Medical Coding standards, guidelines, and best practicesExperience with Managed Care contracts and processesExceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesFamiliarity with healthcare compliance regulationsRelevant certifications (e.g., CPC, CRCR) and a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred
