Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking. Provide expertise to client senior leadership on innovative Business Execution business solutions. Strategically engage with client personnel.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesSupport and drive enterprise-wide IAM transformation initiatives (identity governance, access management, directory modernization)Partner with leadership, security teams, and architects to align IAM strategy with business objectivesLead requirements gathering sessions and facilitate workshops across business, IT, and security stakeholdersDevelop high-quality BRDs, functional requirements, and solution design artifactsMaintain traceability across requirements, design, delivery milestones, and adoption outcomesAct as central coordination point across stakeholders for IAM initiativesDevelop communication plans, meeting summaries, RAID logs, and status reportingSupport executive-level reporting and steering committee communicationsDrive change management activities including impact assessments and adoption planningAssist with UAT planning, including defining test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteriaCoordinate testing cycles, issue resolution, and business sign-off processesIdentify risks, dependencies, and assumptions throughout the program lifecycleTranslate complex IAM and regulatory requirements into actionable business solutions
