We know Black Lives Matter, Queer Lives Matter, and Autistic voices Matter and will also strive to honor those truths.\n\nEssential duties and responsibilities: include the following, as well as other duties as directed by management:\n\nClinical\nConduct in person supervision of staff and clients\nObserve students and update programing at least 10% of all of their hours\nCreate innovative programs and initiatives\nTrain family members, teachers, and other providers on implementation of behavioral interventions. Update at least once every 6 months\nProvide emergency response and crisis intervention as needed\nConduct intake assessments and FBAs as needed\nProvide written and verbal feedback to ABA therapists at each supervision session\nAttend IEP meetings for clients as needed and collaborate with other providers as appropriate\nParticipate in research studies as available\nOther tasks as assigned\nAdministrative Support\nSupport with creating insurance renewal reports for reauthorizations etc\nTraining Support\nMay lead lecture style training for new hires virtually (trainings are pre-made and are 2-3 hours each)\nShadow in person and virtually client sessions with new hires\nEducation/Experience Requirements:\nMaster’s degree required\nBCBA credential required\nPhysical requirements:\nMust be able to sit on the floor\nMust be able to run after a student\nLanguage Skills:\nMust speak and understand English\nTechnical Requirements:\nMust be proficient in gsuites (gmail, google calendar, and google meet)\nBenefits:\nPaid time off for full-time and part-time employees\nSick leave for full-time and part-time employees\nDC Family Paid Leave\nW-2 employee\nAccess to free CEUs\nSkills:\nMust have excellent supervisory skills and the ability to teach and coach a variety of adult learners\nMust have excellent clinical skills\nAbility to follow processes and procedures and document things correctly\nExcellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills\nMaintain professionalism, encourage and enforce appropriate boundaries, and give, receive, and implement feedback\nMust be willing to learn to navigate new systems as needed\nVersatility, flexibility\nWork Environment:\nTravel to client homes throughout DC, train virtually, sometimes supervise remotely. No office location.\nBusiness hours are M-F days a week 9:00 am to 7:30 pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
