Whether you have been on Child Care/Family Leave, Furloughed, or Unemployed recently, you will receive best-in-market software development training through the FDM Academy, before starting your new & exciting journey with our client!\nThe role\nThis is an opportunity for returners to up-skill in current and emerging technologies, to refamiliarize themselves with current industry best practices and to enhance their technical knowledge on deployments with our clients.\nThe FDM Returners Program Team are here to support you through every stage of the journey, ensuring you have the confidence, skills and opportunity to step back into a successful and rewarding career in technology.\nAt the start of the program, you will receive 16 weeks of instructor-led and project-based training in object-oriented development within the Scrum framework. The training is carried out by our experienced FDM Academy trainers and will take place online before you start with this client\nThis is a full-time role, where you return to work as a senior or lead Software Engineer.\nYour employment with FDM will include the full-funded training and compensation for your time working at the client as part of their team as an FDM employee.
