The position requires a strong foundation in Big Data with knowledge of Python and SQL query language. The primary focus involves the migration of data landing and transformation jobs from Hadoop to Airflow (Astronomer) and BigQuery. The software engineer will work closely with IT team members and Business Owners to understand various business processes and apply this knowledge to design and implement solutions.\n\nExperience Required:\n3+ years' experience with ETL solutions\nPython SQL\n3+ years' experience of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)\n3+ years' experience SQL/Oracle/Teradata.\nAbility to lead and mentor associate engineers.\nAbility to clearly communicate with peers, business stakeholders, and subject matter experts\nExperience Preferred:\nExperience with Airflow (Astronomer)\nExperience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)\nExperience with BigQuery\nStrong Analytical skills\nEducation Required:\nB.S.
