Executive Assistant (Remote)

About the Opportunity:The Executive Assistant role provides critical administrative support to executives within the Marketing Services business unit. This position ensures efficient execution of executive schedules, travel, and communication, contributing directly to the smooth operation and productivity of leadership functions.3. Responsibilities:• Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, transportation, and accommodations.• Prepare, submit, and reconcile expense reports in line with company policies.• Take meeting minutes and track action items when requested.• Manage executive schedules to ensure timely attendance and assist with conflict resolution.• Organize presentation materials.• Plan events such as team building and off-site meetings.• Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide backup support.• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires, including equipment and supply orders.4. Requirements:• Minimum 5 years’ experience in administrative support.• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook.• Experience managing complex executive calendars across multiple time zones.• Expertise in coordinating detailed travel arrangements and adapting plans to changing schedules.• Preference for candidates located in or near New York, NY; remote candidates will also be considered.5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range: $63,964 - $110,872.• Compensation based on location, skills, experience, and education.• Eligibility for variable pay opportunities.6.
