QualificationsJ.D. degree and admission to practice in Georgia.3-6 years of transactional experience within the technology sector.Strong background in drafting and negotiating outsourcing, technology licensing, or other complex commercial agreements.Fintech or payments systems experience is highly desirable, though not required.Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance competing priorities.
