Behavioral Health Integration Support Specialist

A company is looking for a BHI Support Specialist responsible for assisting with Behavioral Health Integration tasks. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clinicians in gathering medical information for patients using electronic health record systems Report monthly medical concerns for patients, including falls, medication issues, and hospitalizations Complete assigned BHI tasks to ensure interventions are conducted for approximately 20 patients dailyRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent Experience with healthcare technologies, including Electronic Health Record Systems and Microsoft Office High level of organizational skills and proven follow-up ability Ability to provide support and training to newer employees Understanding of behavioral health integration processes
