About the CompanyWe are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative for Austin and San Antonio markets with experience in commercial construction or plumbing fixtures to drive specification and sales across key accounts. This role focuses on building strong relationships with developers, property managers, building engineers, general contractors, and plumbing contractors to grow market share in commercial projects.About the RoleThis role focuses on building strong relationships with developers, property managers, building engineers, general contractors, and plumbing contractors to grow market share in commercial projects.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with developers, property managers, building engineers, and contractorsDrive product specifications with architects, designers, and MEP firmsIdentify and pursue new commercial project opportunities (hospitality, multifamily, healthcare, office, etc.)Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closingConduct product presentations, trainings, and Lunch & LearnsTrack projects and opportunities using CRM toolsCollaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service) to ensure successful project executionMeet and exceed sales targets within assigned territoryQualifications3+ years of B2B sales experience (plumbing, construction, or building materials preferred)Strong network within commercial real estate, contractors, or engineering firmsExperience with project-based sales and specificationsExcellent communication and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independentlyProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft OfficePreferred SkillsExperience in plumbing fixtures or related industriesKnowledge of commercial construction processes and timelinesExisting relationships in the Texas market (Austin, San Antonio)Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive base salary of $55,000 - $60,000 + commission structureCar allowance and travel expensesHealth benefits401K after 1st year of employmentPaid time offCareer growth opportunities within a growing organizationWhy Join Us?Strong product portfolio with competitive positioningSupportive team and collaborative environmentOpportunity to work on high-impact commercial projectsGrowth potential in a fast-expanding marketWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
