From technical design to performance monitoring, you’ll own it all. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll be working with Throtle’s client care and product teams to define requirements and identify areas for improvement. In addition, you’ll be providing guidance, mentoring, and defining the professional development of your team. This position is Hybrid. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday in the Office. Monday and Fridays are remote.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities\n\nManage the design and performance of integrations and APIs.\nLead a team of developers.\nIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical path.\nEstimate the resources needed to achieve project goals.\nPlan sprints and communicate release and milestones to the stakeholders.\nCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members.\nWork with other team members and management to continuously improve processes, performance, and the work environment.\nPosition will require that the individual understands all regulations and laws applicable to their assigned roles and responsibilities. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for the development, implementation, and regular maintenance of policies and procedures that govern the work of assigned roles and responsibilities, including compliance with the security requirements of ePHI.\nRequired Skill and Abilities:\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nStrong written and oral communication skills.\nDeep focus on execution, follow-through, accountability, and results.\nStrong technical background with the ability to proactively identify and mitigate technical risks throughout delivery life cycle.\n\nEducation and Experience\n\n3+ years’ direct work experience in a management or lead capacity role, including all aspects of development and execution.\nExperience with multiple programming frameworks – including Java, and Python\nExperience with Agile / Scrum development framework.\nExperience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.\nExposure or experience with AWS and Snowflake\nExposure to NoSQL data stores.\nExposure to big data processing.\nProgramming experience in Scala, GO, or Java.\n\nAbout Throtle:\n\nThrotle is a leading identity company trusted by the world’s top brands and agencies located in Red Bank, NJ.
