Theranostics Solution Director - Molecular Imaging (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Theranostics Solution Director - Molecular Imaging (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $185,000 – $254,375 annuallyResponsibilities Assess strategic position of Molecular Imaging in key account environments Partner with leadership to implement the Theranostics Strategic Plan Collaborate with executives to execute national growth initiatives Analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities in Theranostics Build understanding of key success factors including hospitals and imaging centers Engage external experts to shape strategy and drive growth Represent company at Theranostics conferences and events Conduct market research to identify trends and strategic avenues Align marketing strategy with business objectives to drive outcomesQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management or related field Strong communication and leadership capabilities Proven track record in building relationships with stakeholders in Theranostics Clinical expertise in Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT, and related fields Strong analytical skills for market intelligence Collaborative mindset with team motivation skills Understanding of fiscal impacts, including margin and revenue analysis Willingness to travel approximately 50%Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Life insurance Short-term and long-term disability insurance Paid parking/public transportation Paid time off and sick leaveOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
