To assist the players in the development of sportsmanship and character building as well as team building. Qualifications Any coach should be able to execute and perform knowledge and skills that are required for their sport. All applicants must meet MSHSAA standards for coaching certification. Performance Responsibilities Each coach will be assigned duties to perform from the Head Coach which will be evaluated during and after the season. Physical Demands To be able to perform coaching duties both physically and mentally. Ability to perform in hot or cold conditions is part of the sport. The coach must be in good enough condition to perform in challenging conditions. Terms of Employment Specified to the school calendar and sport season calendar which is delegated by MSHSAA.
