Your next adventure awaits.\r\nWhat you'll do:\r\nManage all pre-production logistics for lifestyle shoots, including sourcing and confirming talent (models), locations, and product assortment (tops and hero items).\r\nReview all incoming photo types and confirm every required asset is captured and accounted for before a shoot wraps.\r\nCoordinate kick-off meetings for all photo and video shoots, aligning teams on timelines, deliverables, and roles.\r\nConduct daily checks on the photoshoot workflow, managing a variety of costume reviews per day to ensure production stays on schedule.\r\nHandle all incoming requests related to photo and video production, triaging and prioritizing based on deadlines and business needs.\r\nPartner with team manager prior to each shoot to identify which product videos are needed and ensure all required items are staged and ready.\r\nBuild and distribute detailed shoot schedules specifying model assignments, start and end times, and costume rotations.\r\nOversee photo review during and after the shoot, ensuring quality standards are met and all required photo types are delivered.\r\nManage model tracking, including hours worked and mileage, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.\r\nOwn and maintain the master video list, keeping it current across active and upcoming projects.\r\nTranslate creative concepts into actionable production plans confirming product inventory, booking models, building shoot schedules, and coordinating all moving parts.
