Without such a database, the real-time files will not work for the numerous use cases that are being developed.\nVendor focus for candidates:\nStrong SQL experience\nMedicaid or Public Health experience\nGood understanding of HL7 V2 and V3 data structures\nOMAP knowledge/experience:\nThe Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) CDM model for Electronic Health Records (HER)\nAzure cloud development platform experience\nCorepoint or Rhapsody experience\nPython experience\nETL experience (Informatica preferred)\nII.
